This is a three (3) day course designed for those
first-line supervisors who have already completed
a basic Training and Evaluation seminar. These supervisors
also have the responsibility to administer, manage
and coordinate the Field Training Program and supervise
the Field Training Officers. The seminar is based
on the “San Jose” model.
