This two-day seminar is designed for the experienced
Field Training Officer who has completed a basic Training
and Evaluation course. The advanced strategies used
in this presentation are designed to maximize the
effectiveness of those responsible for teaching and
training the new employee.
Participants will have the opportunity
to exchange and evaluate ideas, problems and solutions.
Small group exercises are used to assist the participant
in developing skills in documentation and focused
training issues.
Some activities will focus on Evaluation
Skills for legally defensible, valid, reliable,
and objective documentation. Writing performance
narratives and reviewing key elements of the Field
Training and Evaluation program are also included
in the training.
